Desmond Elliot has won a seat in the Lagos state House of Assembly following the results from the April 11 elections.
The Nollywood actor was contesting under the All Progressives Congress (APC) ticket which is headed by the now Nigerian president elect Muhammadu Buhari.
The award-wining actor has made the move that will see him represent the people of Surulere constituency at the Lagos State House of Assembly.
